Service Description

Learn to move your body one joint at a time to improve joint health, improve strength, body control, balance, and coordination. Classes are programmed either upper body or lower body focused.

Cancelation Policy

Please do your best to provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations for Treatment & Training sessions within 24-hours may be charged the full cost of the session. Cancellations or no-shows for Bulletproofing 101 classes within 3 hours prior to the scheduled class may be fined $15. Revive Bodywork & Personal Training, LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
