These classes are designed to help you develop the joint strength, flexibility, and body control you need to be able to stand up to the demands of your lifestyle.

Lower body Workshop - Bulletproofing 101

This workshop is for you if:

  • You experience low back pain, hip, or knee pain with daily activities like walking or sitting 

  • You're a recreational enthusiast, competitive athlete, or coach who is tired of pain affecting workouts or the activities you love to do

  • You have tried other things to fix your pain with little or short-term results

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn how to build a healthy low back, hips, knees, feet, and ankles so you can move with confidence and freedom

  • Understand how to self-assess yourself so you know what to work on to improve your improve strength, balance, and ability to do the things you enjoy

Upper body Workshop -
Bulletproofing 101

This workshop is for you if:

  • You experience shoulder or elbow pain or are limited by your upper body strength or flexibility

  • You're a recreational enthusiast, competitive athlete, or coach who is tired of shoulder pain affecting workouts and the activities you love to do

  • You have tried other things to fix your pain with little or short-term results.

In this workshop, you will:​

  • Understand how to self-assess so you know what to do to resolve pain and improve performance

  • Learn to build a simple, effective practice to maintain your strength, flexibility, and resilience to injury

Spine Workshop - Bulletproofing 101

This workshop is for you if:

  • You experience chronic/nagging  neck or back pain

  • Your back/neck limits certain movements for you in daily life

  • You want to improve core strength and flexibility

  • You work at a desk or spend long hours in sedentary positions

 

In this workshop, you will:​

  • Develop awareness and connection to your spine in order to build strength and durability

  • Learn to safely train the spine to feel strong and confident in your body and its capabilities

  • Build a long-term recovery and maintenance practice for your spine that works for your lifestyle
